Questions teams ask us
For groups up to 15, three to four months is usually comfortable. For 30+ people or peak seasons, six to nine months gives the best choice of venues and flights. Shorter timelines are sometimes possible; we’ll tell you honestly what is realistic once we know your dates and destination.
Yes. Retreats for teams distributed across several countries are exactly what we design for, so the program, communication and documents are prepared in English (and Russian on request).
Yes. We can plan arrivals from multiple cities, suggest flight options for each group and coordinate transfers so people meet at the venue. Visa requirements differ by passport; we point out what each traveller needs to check, but visa decisions are made by the authorities.
That’s our favourite format. A typical day mixes a focused morning session with an afternoon activity, and we look for venues with proper meeting space and reliable internet.
We can coordinate hotels, villas and lodges, airport transfers and local transport through our operating partners. Flights can be arranged or advised on depending on your company’s travel policy. The proposal states exactly what is included.
We collect dietary and accessibility needs from every participant and pass them to venues and restaurants in advance. Options depend on the destination, and we flag any limitations before you confirm.
We design around the budget you share, adjusting destination, season, accommodation level and activities. If a goal isn’t achievable within a budget, we’ll say so and suggest alternatives.
Yes. Every corporate retreat is private to your company, and the program is built for your group rather than taken from a fixed package.
Yes. For small leadership groups we focus on quiet venues, flexible session rooms and a few well-chosen experiences. We can also suggest external facilitators if you need one.
